The Talent Acquisition Coordinator serves as an extension of the internal talent acquisition function. They support all areas of recruiting, including but not limited to coordination and scheduling of interviews, reference checks, and administrative support. This position requires a high level of customer service and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. This is a part time temporary/contract position.
Education, Experience and Skills:
BS (or work equivalent) in business, management, HR or related discipline with 2-5 years of experience in a corporate or professional environment. Qualified candidates will be action oriented, professional, organized, and demonstrate effective time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills are critical. Knowledge of MS Outlook is required and previous experience working with an Applicant Tracking System is preferred. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues in a cross functional, fast-paced team environment, are required.
