Store Leadership Program
TJX’s Store Leadership Program is one of the most competitive programs in the retail industry, as it provides tremendous opportunity, exposure and growth. For individuals that want to be a part of the business and play a role in making key decisions to help drive business results, this will be the perfect fit! Working in our stores provides hands-on experiences that allow individuals to grow their business acumen, decision-making ability, as well as their leadership skills. As careers progress at TJX, many associates have the opportunity to move into new positions, across the country.
The program starts with 8 weeks of training to prepare you to be an Assistant Store Manager. You will learn how to manage in-store operations such as the customer service experience, efficient merchandising standards and product presentation - three key drivers in a store reaching its sales goals. Additionally, as an Assistant Store Manager for TJX, not only are you driving your business, but you are responsible for recruiting, training and motivating store associates. Often times, you will use your strategic and problem solving skills as you think creatively to further optimize your business.
